Dear Parents,

Merry Christmas!

I have updated our wishlist. Please scroll down, on the right side of your screen to see what our class could use! Thanks in advance for any donations!

We will have our class Christmas party on Wednesday, December 19. This is also Christmas sweater day, for free!

Our Christmas concert will be on Wednesday, December 19 at 6:30 pm in our gym. Students can dress up in their Christmas best!

Friday, December 21 is a 12:30 dismissal. Winter break begins, and we return to school on January 2.

Our Toys for Tots toy drive is happening until the 20th. Feel free to donate a new, unwrapped toy and distribute it in our bin.

Student Council is collecting new hats and gloves. Donations can be brought in and we will collect them in class.

Please be sure your child is practicing their multiplication facts. It's hard in our busy times to stop to practice, but have them tell you some facts while driving or at breakfast! The more they practice the better they will get!!

If you haven't signed up for Remind, be sure to do so! Get info right to your phone! I do send out remind messages, so please let me know if you are not receiving them.

In Language Arts we have been talking about the plot of a story. In Math we continued we have been working hard on multiplication. In Social Studies we talked about economics with topics such as needs and wants.

I will update weekly Spelling words. I will send home a hard copy as well as have them listed here. Please find the tab named Spelling Words if needed.

Please be sure to sign your child's assignment pad each night. They will list their homework as well as any notes you may need to know. Thank you!

Please check back weekly as I update every Friday.

Have a good weekend!

Ms. Oleyar
